Daouda Diouf is the director of ENDA Tiers Monde, an organisation based in Dakar, Senegal that works to strengthen the community response to HIV, particularly among people living with HIV and marginalized groups such as sex workers.

Previously, Daouda served as a program director at the African Council of AIDS Service Organizations and as a coordinator for the Africa Facilitators for Change Network. He has worked as a consultant for the World Bank, UNDP, UNAIDS, and the Alliance Nationale Contre le Sida (Senegal).

He received his teaching certificate for secondary and technical school from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar and went on to complete a master’s degree in social economics.  He is the author of several publications related to HIV in Africa, reproductive health, and the community response to HIV.
