Decriminalisation and the end of AIDS: keep the promise, follow the science, and fulfill human rights

The UNAIDS Reference Group on HIV and Human Rights published a statement in the Sexual and Reproductive Health Matters Journal calling for the need to focus on decriminalisation to end AIDS as a public health epidemic by 2030.
